Krishna Chaitanya Residential Special School is a Bengaluru-based institution aimed at empowering children with intellectual disabilities between 6 to 16 years of age. We believe that all children, including those with an intellectual disability, deserve a fair chance at life. Our residential school shelters, feeds, and nurtures young children who need special attention and care.
Intellectual Disability is not a disease, it is an opportunity to exercise Humanity.
Parents and guardians of such special children can find it extremely challenging to care for them, this is where we extend our expertise and care. To manage the everyday activities of these young minds and to train them to become valuable members of society and self-dependent through special skill development programs.

For many, teaching is a profession. But, to our teachers, teaching is passion and devotion. All our teachers are recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) and are well-trained to care for young children.
The additional staff include highly experienced and skilled in their respective fields. These well-qualified professionals are- Dance Tutors, Psychologists, Physicians, Pediatricians, and Speech Therapists. The helping staff consists of experienced, trained, and compassionate individuals who work tirelessly on children’s day-to-day needs.
It was a good experience with the children. I am really glad to get the opportunity to visit such a place where GOD RESIDES IN THE FORM OF CHILDREN.

One of the best schools I have visited. Healthy, excellent. Children seem to be healthy and happy. However, the mild and moderate children need to be deployed in horticulture and other artistic activities.
